Yes – tickets are fully transferable up to 7 days before flight.
Absolutely. A standard U.S. or CANADA tourist visa is sufficient.
Minimum 8 years old; no upper limit with physician clearance.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied on board by an adult or legal guardian. Children under 10 must have one adult or legal guardian per child.
Yes, you are insured up to $300,000. You can further insure yourself with personal insurance for sporting and aeronautical activities.
Fewer than 5 % of flyers report discomfort; anti‑nausea options are covered in pre‑flight training.
There are 2 types of reservations terms. General admission and purchasing tickets during presale for the Zero GravityX Space Tour 2026, all reservations are subject to Zero-GravityX Terms & Conditions.
For Zero-GravityX programs purchased during the presale, the reservation is fully refundable if the purchaser asks for a refund during the presale period which is 60 days prior to the actual flight date unless noted otherwise. The original ticket price will be refunded up to 5 business day after the purchased flight was conducted. If the purchaser prefers an immediate refund a process fee of 9.4% to 11.6% of the original ticket price will be charged. After the presale period the reservation becomes nonrefundable and cannot be changed. However, a reservation is transferable and can be sold freely by the owner; you must provide the name and details of the participant taking your place no less than seven business days prior to the scheduled program
You can bring small Items that can fit in a pocket. You can also bring compact camera or smartphone on board. Feel free to capture as many photos and videos as you want during your zero gravity experience. Any images or videos including self-taken ones are for personal use only, no commercial use is allowed without express permission in writing by Zero GravityX .
